You can choose your pet to be memorialized as earrings, a necklace, a bracelet, or a ring.

Once you fill out the order form below, we will contact you to get a photo of your pet!

Custom pet portrait jewelry will start at $80 for Sterling Silver and $100 for 14k Gold.
